Obama Administration Fails To Comply With Subpoena April 28, 2010

On April 19, 2010 the US Senate homeland security committee issued a subpoena to the white house to obtain information about the Fort Hood shooting spree.  The Pentagon claims this would jeopardize prosecution of the suspect, Major Nidal Hasan who is accused of killing 13 people in November at Fort Hood, Texas.  Read more at Fox News, UPI or Reuters.  Should the Obama Administration be able to weasel out of a subpoena issued by members of the US Senate?  If the current administration can get away with bending the law in this circumstance who will hold them accountable in the future?  Or is the pentagon correct in keeping sensitive information secret as not to obstruct the prosecution?
