ACORN Election Fraud June 10, 2010

The radical activist group ACORN “works” for the Democratic Party and deliberately promotes election fraud, ACORN employees told FBI investigators, according to an FBI document dump Wednesday. President Obama’s ties to ACORN go back to the 1980s.  Read more here.  Is there a conflict of interest if the Obama administration investigates an organization the President has close ties with?

ACORN was a multi-million-dollar community advocacy group but is now falling apart. The group was receiving funding from the federal government until a recent string of bad publicity triggered congress to stop the tax payer funding.  Read more at Fox News.  In the eyes of the government what is the difference between community groups like ACORN and local churches?  Should churches receive tax payer funding too?
