Earl Sholley is running for congress against Barney Frank in the November 2, 2010 mid-term elections. Frank has maintained office as the representative of the 4th congressional district in Massachusetts for 29 years starting in 1981. Are the citizens of district 4 ready to have a new representative? Will they keep big tax man Barney Frank? or vote for fiscal responsibility with Early Sholley?
